What is managerial and leadership training?

As a field of study and a practical talent, manager leadership training encompasses the capacity of an individual, group, or organization to "lead," influence, or direct other individuals, teams, or entire organizations. The term "leadership" is frequently viewed as contentious. Expert literature argues various perspectives on the notion, sometimes contrasting eastern and western approaches to leadership and (within the west) north American versus European approaches. Academic contexts in the United States define leadership as "the practice of enlisting the aid and assistance of others in the completion of a common and moral task." Exercising humanity toward my own repercussions at times of weakness. A fixation on accept as true with leads to foolishness. Violence results from reliance on the power of bravery. Cruelty is a result of excessive field size and tough leadership. One can be a leader if he or she possesses all five virtues, each of which is suited to its duty. 


The search for the traits or tendencies of leaders has persisted for millennia. From Plato's Republic to Plutarch's Lives, philosophers have studied the topic, "What characteristics define a man or woman as a leader?" Underlying this search was the early popularity of the significance of management and the notion that leadership is rooted in the traits of particular individuals. This notion that leadership is entirely based on character traits is known as the "trait theory of leadership." During the nineteenth century, when the traditional authority of monarchs, lords, and bishops began to fade, a number of books investigated the trait concept in depth, notably the writings of thomas carlyle and francis galton, whose works have inspired decades of research. 

In heroes and hero worship (1841), carlyle outlined the skills, abilities, and physical characteristics of powerful men. Galton's inherited genius (1869) examined leadership traits within the families of famous men. Galton concluded that leadership is inherited after demonstrating that the number of eminent family members decreased when he shifted his focus from first- to second-degree relatives. In other words, leaders were born, not developed. Each of these outstanding works provided excellent early support for the notion that leadership is anchored in characteristics of a leader.
