What is managerial and leadership training?
As a field of study and a practical talent, manager leadership training encompasses the capacity of an individual, group, or organization to "lead," influence, or direct other individuals, teams, or entire organizations. The term "leadership" is frequently viewed as contentious. Expert literature argues various perspectives on the notion, sometimes contrasting eastern and western approaches to leadership and (within the west) north American versus European approaches. In other words, leaders were born, not developed. Each of these outstanding works provided excellent early support for the notion that leadership is anchored in characteristics of a leader.
